His analytical mind and problem-solving skills have not only made him an asset in the engineering field but have also fueled his passion for supporting organizations that aim to make a difference.

As a co-founder of GMG, David is committed to turning vision into action. David plays a crucial role in refining processes and ensuring that the organization runs smoothly, leveraging his engineering expertise to streamline operations and improve client outreach.
Sarah Gillman B.A.H PMP

Graduating with honors in Business Administration and a focus on non-profit management from Tyndale University, Sarah thrives on turning dreams into reality. She's drawn to visionaries, especially in chaotic and energetic settings. With her Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, Sarah now dedicates her time to supporting non-profits, helping transition passion into a lasting legacy.​

Within the industry Sarah is known as a Jack-of-All trades. From running successful 400 person galas, producing dinner theatres, running a boutique, sitting on a BIA, spending countless hours on boards, bookkeeping, strategic planning, building websites, setting up CRM systems, interior design, construction, and leading teams of individuals, she has seen quite a lot. Her willingness to learn new markets and skills has made her adaptable to suits the needs of your non-profit/charity.
Emma Moate B.A.
Joint Honours Communications and Political Science
Since completing her B.A. in Communications and Political Science, Emma has been able to put her love of writing and strategic thinking to work in the federal public service, serving Canadians through policy writing and large scale government modernization projects. She has a passion for storytelling and helping others put their thoughts onto paper, and strives to put herself in the shoes of everyone with whom she communicates.
In her capacity as a writer for GMG, Emma shares Sarah’s vision of equipping non-profits to transition their passion into lasting legacy and has seen firsthand the impact that well-written and articulated initiatives can have on people. Her varied and extensive writing experience throughout university, her career in the public service and freelance work for non-profits has allowed her to serve people through the written word.​
